Day Three: Additional

Still can't post photos, but the latest news from the ride is that Paolo was awarded the "Hard as Nails" prize tonight by the first HAN recipient, Ike. Paolo was suffering mightily yesterday, but rebounded tremendously and put in a very strong performance. Ike won the award yesterday for his own perseverance.
The "HAN" is an actual nail, which was extracted (with pliers) from Bo's rear wheel yesterday. The nail had gone through the tire and into the rim, effectively nailing his tire down. Bo needed to boot both the tire and rim to get back on the road.
Also noteworthy today was the continued onslaught of the Mormon crickets, which were pretty much everywhere in Austin.
